PuTTY, OpenSSH and MobaXterm import

Three new import sources, with private keys and jump hosts: bring every SSH session over, not just FileZilla and WinSCP.

After WinSCP and FileZilla, Naucturne now imports sessions from the three other clients most teams still have lying around.

Sessions from the Windows registry or ~/.putty/sessions. Referenced .ppk keys are imported into the vault.

Host blocks from ~/.ssh/config, Include directives included. ProxyJump becomes a relay server and IdentityFile keys are imported.

MobaXterm.ini or a .mxtsessions export. SSH gateways become relay servers.

Imported keys and passwords are encrypted in the target vault before anything is saved.
